Transit visa
An Indian Transit visa is an entry permit to enter India. It is valid for up to six months. Generally, the cost of a single entry visa is INR 2800, while a multiple entry visa costs INR 6300. In order to obtain a transit visa, South Korean citizens must apply at the Indian Mission before traveling to India. The visa can take between two and five business days to process. It may also take several weeks before it is processed.
Foreign nationals holding six-month tourist visas may enter India multiple times. To qualify, they must submit a valid itinerary and confirmed air tickets. A multiple-entry visa is also granted to foreign travel agents or foreign tourists. The duration of stay on each visit must not exceed 180 days. In addition, a South Korean citizen must register with the concerned FRRO/FRO within 180 days of arriving in India.
